Caregiver Time Clock & Weekly Hours Tracker

Designed for caregivers who need clarity, documentation, and boundaries around their time.

Use this tool to start, pause, and stop your caregiving time. Pick your Caregiver and Company, press Start, and add a short Task and Notes (required for compliance). When you press Stop & Save, your session is logged with the correct pay rate (if set). View your total hours for the week, export the visible rows to CSV, or create a printable invoice for any date range.

Quick steps (1–2–3):

  2. Click Start → do the visit → Pause or Stop & Save (fill Task/Notes + check the 3 compliance boxes).

  3. Invoice → choose caregiver, company, and dates → Create Invoice → print or Save as PDF.
