Tena L. Scallan spent seven years working inside home care before founding and running Independent Living Services, a home care agency serving families across the Gulf Coast for twelve years.

In 2012, she stepped out of the industry and into the role of family caregiver herself, on purpose, to understand what the system was actually missing. Families are handed a loved one and no instructions. No plan. No system. No one telling them what to do next.

Plan Heal Earn is the direct result of that gap, built to be licensed and integrated, so organizations can put real caregiving infrastructure in front of the people who need it, without building it themselves.
