For Benefits Directors, HR Leaders, and Health Systems
Your employees are already caregiving. Give them somewhere to go that isn't another login they'll ignore.
Plan Heal Earn was built by Tena L. Scallan, a 25-year caregiving and home care veteran who ran her own agency for over a decade before building this framework. It is not a wellness app. It is not therapy. It is the organizational, emotional, and financial support layer your caregiving employees are missing, licensed to you the way you'd license any other benefit.
"Caregivers don't fail. Systems fail them."
Start a Licensing ConversationEmployer licensing: four tiers, four different jobs done
Each tier is a genuinely different level of support, not the same thing with more emails. Pick the one that matches how much you want this to run itself versus how much you want direct access to Tena.
Bronze — Awareness
Put the name of support in front of your people, with almost no lift on your end.
- Branded access to PHE digital toolkits
- Customized employer resource guide
- Recognition as a Caregiver Support Partner
Silver — Engagement
Give HR an actual early-warning tool, not just a resource link.
- Everything in Bronze
- Quarterly resource guides
- Burnout assessment tools built for HR to use directly
- Featured recognition
Gold — Consulting
A strategic partner once a year, not just a library your people forget exists.
- Everything in Silver
- Co-branded resource portal
- Annual HR strategy session with Tena directly
- Priority placement
Enterprise — Full License
The whole system, under your own name, with numbers your CFO will read.
- Full system license, white-labeled
- HR integration support
- Custom ROI reporting
- Scales across locations, custom quoted for organizations over 500 employees
Two more ways to work with Plan Heal Earn
Separate from employer licensing above, for platforms and licensed providers.
Technology & Platform Partners
For apps and digital health platforms, not employers.
For caregiving apps, digital health platforms, and technology companies integrating PHE as content, onboarding infrastructure, or a licensed pathway.
- Co-deployment onboarding. $3 to $5 per user per year, minimum annual guarantee of $15,000 to $25,000, scales with your user base.
- Content licensing. $30,000 to $50,000 per year, flat license plus 5 to 8 percent royalty on premium tier revenue.
- White-label integration. $50,000 to $75,000 per year, the full framework embedded and branded within your platform.
- API and data partnership. Custom quoted, requires a signed NDA and data sharing agreement before scoping begins.
Clinical & Referral Partners
For licensed providers and care navigators.
For licensed clinical professionals, care navigators, and healthcare organizations working alongside the framework rather than inside it.
- Clinical co-delivery. 10 to 15 percent revenue share on net contract value, under a signed co-delivery agreement.
- Referral partnership. 10 percent of first-year contract value, paid within 30 days.
- Co-branded resource development. Custom quoted, joint development of guides and assessments.
