Answers for employers, health systems, and partners evaluating Plan • Heal • Earn™, The Caregiver Stability Operating System.
What is Plan Heal Earn?
Plan • Heal • Earn™ is The Caregiver Stability Operating System. It is licensable caregiver support infrastructure that helps organizations stabilize family caregivers before they reach a crisis. It is not a single service or program. It is a structured system that organizations can deploy and measure.
Who is Plan Heal Earn for?
PHE is built for employers, health systems, home care agencies, insurers, and community organizations that serve or employ family caregivers. Any organization that loses productivity, retention, or outcomes to caregiver strain can use it.
What problem does Plan Heal Earn solve?
More than 63 million Americans are family caregivers, providing about $648 billion in unpaid labor each year. Most support treats caregiving as a series of isolated problems. PHE connects planning, emotional recovery, and financial stability into one system, because caregivers do not fail. Systems fail them.
What are the three pillars of PHE?
PLAN provides organization and decision support. HEAL provides access to licensed professionals who operate independently. EARN provides practical information on flexible income. Together they address the logistical, emotional, and financial sides of caregiving.
Is Plan Heal Earn a medical or therapy service?
No. PLAN involves no medical tasks, HEAL connects caregivers to independent licensed professionals rather than delivering treatment, and EARN shares income information without creating wages or employment relationships. PHE is infrastructure that sits before healthcare, home care, or crisis services.
How can an organization get started with PHE?
Most organizations begin with the 90 Day Founding Pilot at $5,000 for one defined caregiver population. The pilot gives you a measured result before you commit to a full license.
What does a PHE license cost?
The Annual Organizational License is $20,000 per year. Enterprise and White Label licensing starts at $50,000 per year for organizations that want to deploy PHE at scale or under their own brand.
Who created Plan Heal Earn?
PHE was created by Tena Scallan, a Caregiver Systems Architect with more than 30 years in healthcare and home care. She owned a home care agency for 12 years and has personally cared for five family members. She is also the founder of The Ultimate Caregiving Expert.
Does PHE have a referral program?
Yes. Partners who refer an organization that signs a PHE agreement earn 10% of the first year contract value.
